Food service workers, military and civilian service personnel or anyone wanting to hide body art, tattoos, birthmarks or other skin blemishes love this product because it is easy to use to obtain professional looking results.
Choose the shade closest to skin tone and apply with a sponge. Use a patting or stippling motion, do not stroke it on, to avoid streaks. Follow the easy directions below for the best results and remember to set with powder in between layers.
Step 1: Clean tattoo area and surrounding skin with alcohol based astringent.
Step 2: Pat or stipple on selected color from Tattoo CoveRing™ over tattoo with a sponge, taking care to extend it a little further beyond the tattoo.
Step 3: Cover the entire design with a patting/stippling motion.
Step 4: Set with Natural Born Cosmetics Oil Control Powder
Step 5: Now you can apply a cream type makeup, such as Graftobian Hi Def Glamour Creme, over the Tattoo CoveRing™ application using a patting motion to keep the layers in place.
Step 6: Set again with Mehron UltraFine™ Setting Powder w/Anti-Perspirant, or Natural Born Cosmetics Oil Control Powder.
Step 7: Add in some slight colors of skin tones from surrounding skin and freckles, if desired, to help it blend in seamlessly with surrounding skin.
For a matte finish, press powder into finished makeup. Mist Mehron Barrier Spray, over the area to further seal and protect. Tattoo CoveRing™ works flawlessly on any skin type to conceal any skin flaw. If desired you can use airbrush makeup over the concealed tattoo as a finishing skin tone color. We highly recommend Graftobian GlamAire airbrush makeup, as a beautiful natural looking airbrushed skin tone finish.
