COVID 19 Shipping Policy

Due to the Corona Virus, some items will take longer than usual to ship. This can range from 7-30 days. Manufacturerers and vendors are behind in prodcution and are finding it difficult to meet the demand. If you do not cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, you will have to wait until the order is fulfilled. Additionally, we have taken extra steps to follow COVID protocol, and as a result we are not accepting any walk in customers. All sales are final after 24 hours after the order has been placed. Once your package has received a tracking number and has been shipped, you are responsible to track the status of your order.

SUMMARY OVERVIEW OF US AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES:

USA:
Our Standard USPS pricing does not apply to orders weighing 2 lbs . In large bulk orders additional shipping may be incurred. Free shipping rules have changed due to covid. All packages will be charged a standard shipping based on weight.

Shipments that weigh over the 2 lbs limit for USPS Standard, Priority, and Express shipping rates posted above may incur additional shipping charges, as charged by the Post Office or other shipping services we may use. You will be contacted regarding any additional shipping charges that may be owed before your order is shipped.

NOTE: Certain products do not qualify for standard shipping due to the extra heavy weight and/or oversized dimensions of the item. These products include: gallon sizes of products, makeup cases, makeup chairs, makeup stations, Grab and Go Beauty Makeup Kits, heavy airbrush compressor systems, Casualty Simulation Moulage Makeup Kits etc.

Such products have specific references to the additional charges for shipping listed in their details description so please be aware of that before you place an order. There is no shipping charged for local pick up on these items, however a flat rate fee for shipment to other states within the continental US is indicated in the description. Please note most of these products will be shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground Service ONLY, unless a faster class of service is requested. Other expedited delivery services are available to ship your order (e.g. FedEx or UPS) by special request and pre-paid.

If you have your own shipping account with Fedex or UPS, you can request us to ship on your account. Please note that ONLY non-flammable/non-hazmat items can ship by expedited air transport. Hazmat product must be sent by ground.z

NOTE: If you have paid for your order though your address verified PayPal account, then the order MUST be shipped to the address that is listed and verified in PayPal. NO EXCEPTIONS! The seller/consumer protection coverage through PayPal on a verified order becomes invalid if shipped to an alternative address, therefore we will not ship to any alternative addresses other than what is listed on your PayPal account. If you have not changed your address to the new shipping address in your PayPal account, then we cannot ship to the new address until your PayPal account is updated to show this new address. NO EXCEPTIONS!

CANADA:
We no longer ship First Class to Canada, due to the increasing amounts of orders that were being lost by the Canadian Postal Service. First Class is not a secure way to ship orders door to door, so we apologize that we can no longer offer this class of service.We will use International flat rate shipping boxes.

Also, be aware that if your package ships by FedEX or UPS, you will also be responsible for any duty surcharges levied by these shipping companies to receive your package. This fee is in ADDITION to the shipping charges already paid to PPC to ship your package to you. Do not place an order with us if you are not prepared to pay your country’s customs fees or the shipping company’s surcharge fees.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are processed for shipping within 48 hours of receipt and go out the next business day after processing within this 48 hour time frame. This includes any Priority Shipping and Express Shipping Requests. Orders received after 2 PM EST on Monday through Friday are processed the following business day. Processing time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Orders placed through the website on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day (Monday) unless it is a designated holiday. Orders placed on the above mentioned holidays will be processed the following business day (excluding Saturday or Sunday). During unusually high volume periods, to include major holidays and seasons, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order so your patience is very much appreciated.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS:

All of the following information MUST be provided at check-out before we will process your order:

  • Your BILLING address (must match the address the card is issued to or the form of payment you are using)
  • Your shipping address (if different than billing address)
  • Your correct email address (all invoices and shipping notices will be sent to your email address)
  • Your telephone number
  • Your payment via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal

If any of this information is missing or incorrect, you will be contacted and asked to provide the correct information.  If we are unable to reach you within 2 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

When your order has processed you should receive an email receipt with your ordering information that confirms we received your order. When ready, you will also receive an additional email confirming the shipment of your order when it has been processed out to be shipped.

If you do not receive any email confirmation from us, most likely you did not provide a correct email address on the form, or the confirmation email did not make it through your spam filtering programs on your computer. Check your spam folder if you don’t have a confirmation email in your regular email in-box. ORDERING BY TELEPHONE:

We accept phone orders with a credit card, matching billing address, contact phone number, and valid email address. Call the store at 703-888-9414 to place your order. All phone orders will be confirmed by email or phone prior to processing and shipping. We do not accept any orders made by email, but you can call or email a request for an invoice from us for payment

Phone ordering hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, EST. Phone Ordering is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and the following holidays: Easter, Independence Day (4th of July,) Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Payment by Check (Companies ONLY): All orders/invoices that were submitted with business checks for payment will have an automatic hold for 10 days until the check clears the bank. No orders will be pulled and shipped until after this period of time is complete. This includes any orders that require special ordering of products, such as any additional inventory needed to complete any special order products, will not be ordered until the 10 day check clearance period has passed. Once the check has cleared the order becomes subject to inventory on hand, to include any out of stock items that must be ordered to fulfill the invoice. No orders paid for by check will be split shipped under any circumstances, unless additional shipping charges for order split shipping are paid for in advance.

Credit Card /Payment Methods:

We accept these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. For security reasons and customer protection from credit card fraud, we verify every order placed with us and paid for by a credit card. All credit card orders MUST have a matching billing address when the order is placed, or the order is subject to immediate cancellation and refunded.

Orders that total $100 or more are automatically subject to additional confirmation prior to shipping the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not match these criteria. Use of unauthorized credit cards or fraud attempts will be reported. If we are unable to contact you or confirm the order within 3 days of receipt, then the order will automatically be refunded in the manner in which it was paid. We appreciate your cooperation in this, and for your protection.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS OR SYSTEM CANCELLATIONS:

Internet ordering is not a 100% perfect system or exact science for any online company. There is the extremely rare possibility that an order may not show up or shown as cancelled by our system, even if you have a completed transaction receipt on your end. If you have placed an order with us, but have not received your order in a reasonable amount of time (at least 10 days for USPS), please contact us immediately. We can verify immediately if your order was shipped, and provide all the details of the shipping tracking and delivery information.

If you think your order has been cancelled or lost for some reason, or if you don’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please contact us immediately by email or telephone at 703-888-9414 to correct the situation. Be assured you will not be charged for any cancelled or non-delivered items. We appreciate your help and understanding with these instances and endeavor to resolve them to your satisfaction. Please provide us with the following information:

  • The date you placed the order
  • Invoice number on your confirmation email
  • Name of person the order was shipped to
  • Shipping addressHAZMAT: We cannot ship items by air that is declared by the Federal Aviation Administration as Hazardous Material Restrictions (HAZMAT). These items include alcohol-based products, aerosol products, or any materials declared to be flammable.  These items will automatically be shipped by USPS ORM-D Ground Parcel Select service, If Priority shipping has been selected then it will go UPS or FedEx ORM-D ground shipping which is the fastest possible ground shipping available for any ORM-D related order. Please be aware of the HAZMAT ground shipping requirement when ordering these kinds of products. ORM-D Ground Shipping by USPS can take up to 10 business days to deliver, and we have no control over that. UPS or FedEx Priority ORMD Ground Shipping can take anywhere from 3 – 5 business days, especially to the West Coast. We do not personally guarantee any delivery times posted by UPS, FedEx or USPS, nor can we personally affect the handling and delivery speed of the shipper. Once it leaves our facility and delivered to the shipper, they have complete control over the package and it’s means of delivery, and we cannot effect any delivery changes once it’s in route to you.SALES TAX: All orders or purchases made by residents in the State of Virginia must pay 6% Sales Tax added to their order at the time of purchase. Residents outside of Virginia will pay their state tax.PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND BACKORDERS:If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your ordering session it should indicate that on the website. We make it an important priority effort to keep our stock levels current on the website so there are no customer backorders.

    On occasion an item may show in stock on the website when you order but may have gone out of stock that day. We are human, and try very hard to make sure our inventory on hand is current in the store.  If for any reason you order and pay for an item showed in stock but is on backorder we will immediately contact and notify you of this situation, and offer you two choices:

    1) Give you an immediate refund on the out of stock/backordered item and let you know when it comes back in stock for you to reorder.

    2) Keep it paid for on back order, and we will ship it to you at no extra charge when it becomes available.

    P.O Box/ Military APO/FPO SHIPPING SERVICE:

    Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses, but be aware some restrictions may apply. We are sorry but we cannot ship any HAZMAT products to these addresses. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service only and cannot be shipped via USPS Priority or Express/Overnight service.

    SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION SHIPMENTS:

    Please be advised that all orders going to addresses with apartment numbers, unit numbers, suite numbers, room numbers, PMB, and higher loss, mis-directed delivery, and theft target cities in the US, such as Miami, FL, Brooklyn, NY, San Francisco, CA, etc., we strongly suggest the customer purchase Signature Delivery Confirmation. This is for your protection in the safe delivery and receipt of your order, to help prevent the package becoming lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during shipment.

    We will ship to such addresses without signature confirmation, but the risk of theft, loss, mis-directed or non-delivery will be entirely the customer’s responsiblity. We do not replace or refund shipped orders that show a delivery completed confirmation receipt in these high risk areas, but not received by the customer due to possible theft, mis-delivery, or non-delivery.

    We reserve the right to send ALL high value shipments (totalling $100 or more) with Signature Confirmation delivery. This provides an extra level of protection from possible theft or fraud, and provides a documented record of who signed for and received the shipment.

    We strongly suggest Signature Delivery Confirmation for optional purchase if you feel you may have any difficulty receiving your mail, especially if it’s going to an unsecured mail box, mail receiving desk for holding or distribution, repository, or a multi-customer group mailbox. We also strongly suggest that you purchase Signature Confirmation if the billing and “ship to” addresses are not the same to insure second party receipt.

    REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

    if a shipment is rerouted back to us because of a refused delivery or buyer’s change of mind we will refund your purchase price under the following conditions: All contents have been determined to be untouched and in resale condition according to our stated policy. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted before issuing a final refund. We do not refund any shipping charges once a package has been sent out for shipping. All round trip shipping charges, including return surcharge fees, and any Free Shipping qualified purchases we paid shipping for, will also be deducted in addition to the restocking fee.

    DAMAGED GOODS SHIPMENT – RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS/EXCHANGES

    We will correct any damaged goods situation within 15 days ONLY after you receive your shipment from us, under the following conditions:

    All products are checked for brand new and undamaged condition when they come in from the vendor before being placed in our inventory. As perfect as we try to be in packaging product shipments securely, there are the very rare occurrences when a product breaks or spills during shipping due to shipping company handling. If your products arrive damaged or spilled, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Do not destroy or throw away either the shipping container, broken products or spilled containers, or we will not be able to verify and correct the situation for you. You will be required to send us a photograph of the damaged or spilled goods in order to verify the condition, and replace or refund the product iif the situation warrants that action. Hold on to them for return to us at our return shipping expense, once we verify the situation and decide to issue a return mailer.

    Upon notification to us of the situation and the damage incurred, we will decide, at our discretion whether to send you a new shipment of same products or refund the purchase amount of the damaged products. You will be given an RMA number to ship back to us all the damaged items. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees to to return the damaged products shipment to us or receive an exchange shipment.

    US SHIPPING OPTIONS AND CHARGES:

    FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (First Class or other method, depending on the weight) IS GIVEN ON ORDERS OF $75.00 OR MORE, PLACED AND SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. Your order must total $75.00 BEFORE any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Free Standard shipping applies to all packages weighing 2 lbs or less.

    USPS Standard Shipping – $5.29 for packages weighing 2 lbs or less anywhere in the continential USA:

    All orders under $75.00 automatically go USPS Standard shipping unless you select a USPS Priority or USPS Express shipping method at checkout. Standard shipping is $5.79 for anywhere in the continental USA and includes Delivery Confirmation.

    Generally you can estimate your order shipped by USPS Standard Shipping to arrive in about 3-5 business days on the East Coast, and about 5-10 business days to the West Coast. During holiday period you can expect some delays. We cannot make any delivery time guarantees on Standard Shipping once it leaves our facility. Additionally, we are not responsible for any transit delays caused by any shipping service. USPS may experience delays during the Christmas holiday season so please order early, or purchase Priority or Express Service.

    By law, HAZMAT products MUST go by Ground Service only. If your Standard Shipping order contains any HAZMAT products this will cause your ENTIRE order to go ground shipping by the Post Office (USPS), which can take up to 10 business days to deliver. Your only other option is to select Priority Shipping if you want it faster by UPS or FedEx Ground, which can take up to 5 business days to deliver, especially to the West Coast. Please be aware of this situation when ordering HAZMAT products along with non-HAZMAT products to be shipped in one shipment. We do not guarantee any delivery times posted by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Once it leaves our facility and delivered to the shipper, they have complete control over the package and it’s delivery, and we cannot effect any delivery changes.

    Priority Shipping – $10.99 for packages weighing 2 lbs or less anywhere in the USA:

    Priority shipping is $10.99 anywhere in the continental USA, and includes Delivery Confirmation. Priority shipping generally takes 2- 4 business days to most locations in the US from our East Coast facility, but please understand it is not guaranteed. A Priority shipping order is not guaranteed to be processed and shipped the same day the order is received, however it will go out the next business day (excluding Sundays). Delivery Confirmation is included with Priority shipping and tracking numbers are automatically sent to you with your shipping notification email. Priority Shipping with Signature Confirmation is available for purchase at check-out for $15.90.

    The Post Office does not guarantee the delivery time for Priority Mail. Additionally, we are not responsible for any transit delays caused by any shipping service. UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS may experience delays during the Christmas holiday season so please order early, or purchase Express Mail Service.

    NOTE: USPS Priority Shipping is also an air carrier service. All Priority HAZMAT products MUST go by UPS or FedEx Ground Service only, by law, and normally costs more than USPS. We absorb the extra cost of UPS ground shipping as an extra service to our customers.

    If an order contains flammable (HAZMAT) products and the customer selected Priority shipping, then we automatically ship by UPS or FedEx Ground as Priority service to comply with DOT/FAA regulations. UPS and FedEx Ground is normally faster shipping than USPS Ground, and it has roughly the same delivery time as USPS Priority Shipping to some locations in the US (primarily the East Cost) but you can estimate a 3 – 5 business day shipping time, especially to the West Coast.

    USPS Express shipping is guaranteed to reach you within 2 business days, however IT IS NOT guaranteed overnight for next business day delivery. in some areas or small towns in the continental US it is not necessarily a two day delivery. Express shipping requests on orders are processed within 24 hours and will go out the following business day, not the same day the order is received. Please be aware of that when placing your order.

    If you need to have your order processed the same day you place it for delivery within 24 hours you MUST place the order that same day before 3:00 PM (EST), for this option NO EXCEPTIONS! Insurance is included on all Express Shipping, and you will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification email.. Express Shipping is not available for HAZMAT products, so please be sure to double check the product details to ensure they are not noted as HAZMAT in the description before you select Express Shipping.

    USPS Express service may not available for certain locations in the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories. Other shipping services, such as UPS or Fed Ex can be used for delivery, and appropriate shipping fees will apply.  Please be advised that all Express shipping methods require a signature upon delivery. If you have any questions concerning the Express shipment of your order please contact us.

    If your Express Shipping order contains oversized or heavyweight items you will be contacted to pay any additional shipping charges charged by the shipping service, and they must be paid for before the package will be shipped.

    LOST, STOLEN, OR MIS-DIRECTED SHIPMENTS:

    For all USPS Postal Deliveries we automatically place Delivery Confirmation at no extra charge to assure carrier delivery. If the package tracking shows a confirmed and time stamped delivery to the shipping address you provided, then it is legal proof we completed shipment and it was delivered. We cannot be held liable or made responsible for theft, abandoned deliveries, unattended doorstep deliveries, USPS errors in delivery, customer neglect in broken/damaged or unsecured mail boxes or receptacles, or any other losses pertaining to the delivery, either by USPS or a third party.  Any deliveries in question will be provided proof of transit history and delivery directly from the carrier. You will need to track down your package from your end or file a missing package complaint with your local Post Office. We cannot replace packages that have been lost or stolen as a result of these delivery errors.

    We cannot be held liable for theft of delivered shipments, especially to business or apartment addresses, or locations that go through second hand mail sorting or delivery. If the Delivery Confirmation tracking shows your order as physically delivered in the manner stated above, and you do not receive it, you need to immediately notify your carrier and file a police report action for theft. We will provide proof of delivery for your report, but we cannot replace packages that have been lost or stolen as a result of these delivery errors.

    ORDER SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AT CHECKOUT IF YOU FEEL YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERY MAY EXPOSED TO ANY DIFFICULTIES SUCH AS THE ABOVE MENTIONED SITUATIONS.

    We are sorry but we do not offer First Class/Standard shipping for Canadian orders due to the difficulty in tracking order delivery from door to door. We offer either Priority or Express Shipping and it will require the signature, upon delivery, of the person to whom the order is shipped to. If someone else other than said person signs for and receives the delivery, then we cannot be held responsible or liable for the shipment getting into the wrong hands.

Be aware that you may be charged additional duties, import, or customs fees by Canadian authorities to receive your package. These are charges levied and collected by your government, and we have absolutely nothing to do with, or any control over this, and Paint and Powder Cosmetics (PPC) is not liable/responsible for payment of these fees. These additional charges or taxes (usually a percentage determined by the total amount of the order) associated with the delivery of your order for customs clearance are your entire responsibility. PPC is not responsible for any shipments that do not clear your country’s customs, or is refused delivery to it’s final destination.

Also, be aware that if your package ships by FedEX or UPS, you will also be responsible for any duty surcharges or pick-up/delivery fees levied by these shipping companies to receive your package. This fee is in ADDITION to the shipping charges already paid to PPC to ship your package to you. Do not place an order with us if you are not prepared to pay your country’s customs fees or the shipping company’s surcharge fees.

We cannot be held responsible for refused, non-delivered, lost, or stolen shipments once it leaves the US borders. If you do not receive your order in a timely fashion you will need to pursue recourse through your country’s postal service and customs agency to locate your shipment or file a claim with your postal delivery system. .

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING CHARGES:
(OUTSIDE OF THE USA AND CANADA)

We welcome the product orders of customers in certain overseas destinations, and please read and agree to all terms and conditions, in this Ordering, Shipping, and Delivery Policy before placing an order and checking out.

We offer both USPS Priority and Express Shipping for International orders. Express Shipping is the most efficient means of delivery, and allows for tracking through the customs agency of the destination country and a confirmed delivery as proof of order fulfillment and shipping.

International Express Shipping is a more secure delivery through USPS for International destinations, and it is also insured. Shipping time is generally between 8 – 15 business days, but this is a general estimation. It is also dependent on the timely manner in which your country’s customs/duty agency processes your shipment through customs. We cannot guarantee delivery time due to your country’s custom agency regulations on processing shipments for the collection of any duty fees..

Express Shipments require the signature, upon delivery, of the person to whom the order is shipped to. If someone else other than said person signs for and receives the delivery, then we cannot be held responsible or liable for the shipment’s final delivery result.

Be advised that Priority Mail International is a less secure means of delivery from the US to foreign destinations than International Express, especially those outside of Western Europe and Australia. We are not responsible for any International Priority shipments that are lost, stolen, mis-directed, mis-delivered, or confiscated by the receiving country’s custom’s agency, or any other reason for non-delivery. You must file a claim with your local customs or postal delivery system. We will be happy provide proof of shipment and tracking for your report, but we cannot replace packages that have been lost or stolen as a result of these delivery errors.

ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL ORDERING/SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We cannot ship items containing alcohol-based, aerosol, or any other flammable products declared as HAZMAT outside the U.S. due to Federal Aviation Administration Hazardous Material Restrictions.

You must have a valid email address, verifiable shipping address, and phone number contact to place an order directly through the PaintandPowderStore.com™ or Paintandpowdercosmetics.com website. We do not ship international orders to third party or a different name and address other than the person placing the order. Orders must be shipped to the person actually placing the order.

We do not process or ship international orders under the following conditions:

  • Third party orders: the IP address from which the order was placed is from a country we do not service
  • The IP address is not in the same location as the billing or ship to address shown on the order.
  • Billing and “ship to” address are not the same.
  • Unable to confirm the billing or shipping address.
  • Orders placed from unserviced countries.
  • Refusal to provide additional verification informationINTERNATIONAL PAYMENT METHODS:We accept these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All international orders paid by credit card or PayPal must be converted to US Currency at the time of the transaction. We do not accept any other forms of international bank drafts or transactions for payment. For your security and safety your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.  Your three digit security code found on the back of your credit card may also be required at the time of purchase to further protect your credit card security.  We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not match these criteria.Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization/verification prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped, and the use of unauthorized credit cards or fraud attempts will be reported.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any international order that does not follow our stated Ordering, Shipping, and Delivery Policy

    DUTY, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORT FEES:

    Please allow up to two weeks for your International order, and to clear customs inspections.  Please understand that your international shipment order will be subject to the additional customs/brokerage fees, taxes, or import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped, and are levied once the shipment reaches your country.

    PPC has no way of estimating your country’s customs fees, taxes, duty import charges, or brokerage fees on your shipment, as we don’t have access to this kind of information. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we suggest that you contact your local customs office for further information on receiving or importing goods from the United States.  Additionally upon ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods

    The above mentioned charges are levied and collected by your government, and PPC had absolutely nothing to do with, or any control over this. Paint and Powder Cosmetics (PPC) is not liable/responsible for payment of these fees. These additional charges or taxes (usually a percentage determined by the total amount of the order) associated with the delivery of your order for customs clearance are your entire responsiblity. PPC is not responsible for any shipments that do not clear your country’s customs, or is refused delivery to it’s final destination.

    Also, be aware that if your package ships by FedEX or UPS, you will also be responsible for any duty surcharges or pick-up/delivery fees levied by these shipping companies to receive your package. This fee is in ADDITION to the shipping charges already paid to PPC to ship your package to you.Do not place an order with us if you are not prepared to pay your country’s customs fees or the shipping company’s surcharge fees.

    CUSTOMS INSPECTIONS/NON-DELIVERED SHIPMENTS:

    We declare all foreign shipments as they specifically are and will not send it marked as a “Gift” or any other means . It is your responsibility to be aware of what is permitted to be properly imported into your country. Please do not order any items which are prohibited in your country as we cannot be responsible or liable for items seized by your country’s customs officials.

    We cannot be held responsible for refused, non-delivered, lost, or stolen shipments once it leaves the US borders. You will need to pursue options through your country’s postal service and customs agency to help locate your shipment. If you placed your order with Express Shipping with insurance then we can either refund your purchase price, minus the shipping charges, or replace your order with another shipment of same ordered products.

    REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

    If an International order shipment is rerouted back to us because of a refused delivery or buyer’s change of mind we will refund your purchase price under the following conditions: All contents have been determined to be untouched and in resale condition according to our stated policy. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted before issuing a final refund. All round trip shipping charges and surcharges will also be deducted in addition to the restocking fee.

    ABANDONED ORDERS:

    Abandoned orders are those that have been processed and filled, but are awaiting customer response concerning shipping or local pick-up issues. We make every effort to contact the customer by phone and email, with the contact information provided in their order to resolve the issues, and keep a written record of these attempts. After 4 attempts to contact them, and with no reply or directive from the customer, we place the order on the abandoned order shelf for 3 months. If the order is unresolved or unclaimed after 3 months it will be returned to inventory and the order will be cancelled.

    PLACING AN ORDER IS AN AGREEMENT TO POLICIES:

    By submitting an order to Paint and Powder Cosmetics, you indicate that you have read and agree to this Ordering, Shipping, and Delivery Policy, and the Terms and ConditionsPrivacy Policyand Returns and Cancellation Policy. IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT PROCESS, YOU MUST PLACE A MARK IN THE BOX THAT REQUIRES YOU AGREE TO ALL OF OUR STORE POLICIES, OR CHECK OUT CANNOT BE COMPLETED.  This Ordering, Shipping, and Delivery Policy is subject to change or amendment without prior notice, and all changes and amendments will be updated on this page.
